Why It Matters
People don’t rise to the level of their potential; they fall to the level of their systems and their thinking. If we’re not pausing to examine how we’re thinking, leading, and reacting, we’re just drifting with the tides.
Examined is about choosing to lead with intention in a reactionary world.

I’m Jared and I’m a former marketing executive turned pastor who’s led both boardrooms and churches. My educational background includes a BA in psychology and an MA in clinical counseling. I’ve coached over 400 business owners and now lead a growing church that’s seen radical transformation.
